Who this covers

This site and studio are operated by Christopher Allen Luxury Productions, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company, doing business as Christopher Cook Photography. Throughout these terms, “I” and “my” mean that company.

The short version

You are welcome here. Look around, share links, and reach out. The photographs and words are my work and my clients’ memories, so please do not take or reuse them.

Ownership

Every photograph, image, and piece of writing on this site is the property of Christopher Allen Luxury Productions, L.L.C., or is used with permission. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, download, reproduce, or republish any content from this site without my written permission.

Use of this site

This site exists to show my work and to let you get in touch. Please do not use it to send spam, attempt to break or overload it, or misrepresent who you are in an inquiry.

Booking and services

Nothing on this site is a contract. Wedding photography engagements are governed by a separate written agreement we both sign, which covers dates, deliverables, payment, and everything else that matters.

Text messages

Text messaging is optional. You opt in by ticking a checkbox on the inquiry form, and the two checkboxes are separate: one for messages about your own booking, such as scheduling, timelines, and questions about your day, and one for occasional news and offers. You will still hear back from me by email either way.

You must be 18 years or older to use this SMS service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your booking or how I work with you. How your number and consent are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

I keep this site current and honest. Pricing and availability described here are a starting point and can change; the numbers in your proposal and agreement are the ones that count.
